This is a pretty short book, but a lot of fun. Most of the weird things are actually idiotic things that people ask. Anyone who ever worked with customers knows that most people are pretty silly, and often speak before they think. Or don't think at all. I have thought about writing something similar myself, just mine would have the title "Weird Things Customers Say to Help Desk Agents". Anyway, a fun, short read that you can laugh over even with friends.
