#BookadayUK 4 - All-Time Favourite American Novel

Bad Moon - Anthony Bruno

I totally thought this was going to be easy. When I have these lists, I usually open my "Read" shelf and check which book fits. Something I realised was that most books I've read aren't very American. Some are written by Americans, but they usually take place in an imaginary world, or not the US. I guess since SF and Fantasy are my favourite genres, it makes sense. Even the crime and history I've read happens outside the US. So out of all the books I've read, this one was the only one that I liked. I actually read it about 16 years ago. It was one of the first books in English I've ever read. I thought that it was very American. There's lots of swearing and sex.
